Domain Registration Agreement

This Agreement is made between you (the "Applicant" / "you") and this website (the "Platform"). By clicking "I have read and agree", completing registration or using any domain service, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted all terms of this Agreement.

Article 1 — Solemn Undertaking of Lawful Use

1.1 You solemnly undertake that, throughout the registration, holding, renewal and use of any domain, you will strictly comply with the Cybersecurity Law, the Criminal Law, the Anti-Telecom Fraud Law and all other applicable laws and regulations, including those of your country or region.

1.2 You must never use a registered domain for any illegal or non-compliant activity, including but not limited to:

• (1) phishing websites, telecom or online fraud, online gambling, illegal fundraising, pyramid schemes or money laundering;
• (2) distributing pornographic, violent, terrorist, extremist or rumour-based content;
• (3) spreading viruses or trojans, hacking, or illegally intruding into or controlling others' information systems;
• (4) selling prohibited, counterfeit or shoddy goods, or conducting any other illegal business;
• (5) sending spam, malicious redirection, or providing traffic, settlement or facilitation for any of the above;
• (6) any other act violating laws, regulations or public order and good morals.

Article 2 — Strict Prohibition of Counterfeiting, Impersonation & Cloning Other Websites (Key Clause)

2.1 You must not, through the registered domain or through page titles, wording, logos, layouts, contact details, customer-service language, certificate badges or any other means, counterfeit, impersonate, clone or create a likelihood of confusion that you are:

• (1) any party, government, judicial or official body or public institution;
• (2) any bank, securities firm, insurer, third-party payment provider or other financial institution;
• (3) any school, research institute, hospital or other educational or medical institution;
• (4) any well-known website, e-commerce or social platform, search engine, cryptocurrency exchange or wallet;
• (5) any other enterprise, organization, brand or individual.

2.2 You must not register or use a domain identical or highly similar to another party's registered trademark, trade name or well-known domain name in a way likely to cause public confusion; malicious free-riding, cybersquatting and hoarding for profit are prohibited.

2.3 You must not build fake websites, clones, mirrors or relay/redirect pages that induce or deceive users into revealing account credentials, SMS/email verification codes, bank card details, payment passwords, or cryptocurrency private keys or mnemonic phrases.

2.4 You warrant that all content pointed to by the domain is truthful and lawful, with no false advertising, forged qualifications, forged approvals or fake official certification.

Article 3 — Severe Consequences of Breach or Illegal Conduct

3.1 Upon discovery, or upon notice or complaint from a rights holder, regulator or judicial authority that is preliminarily verified, the Platform may, without prior notice and without any cure period, immediately and permanently terminate all resolution of the domain and related domains, and cancel or reclaim them.

3.2 Where resolution is terminated for illegal conduct, counterfeiting or impersonation, all fees you have paid are non-refundable and the service ends immediately.

3.3 For suspected criminal offences, the Platform will lawfully preserve and fully hand over to public security and judicial authorities your registration information, login and operation logs, IP records, DNS records, orders and payment proofs, and cooperate in pursuing administrative and criminal liability.

3.4 You shall be fully liable for, and indemnify the Platform, rights holders and the public against, all losses caused by such conduct.

Article 4 — Truthful Registration Information

4.1 You must provide truthful and valid registration information; where information is false or you refuse verification, the Platform may terminate the service without refund.

4.2 You must safeguard your account and password; all actions under your account are deemed to be your own and you bear full responsibility for them.

Article 5 — Service Period & Renewal

5.1 Domains are billed annually from the activation date; failure to renew on time results in loss of resolution and the domain may be reclaimed and released to others.

5.2 The Platform accepts USDT (TRON TRC20) only. You must accurately enter your website username in the transfer memo; otherwise the payment cannot be matched and you bear the consequences.

Article 6 — Changes to this Agreement

The Platform may revise this Agreement as required by laws or operational needs. Revised terms take effect upon publication, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Article 7 — Effectiveness & Interpretation

This Agreement takes effect when you click to agree. Where any term conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails. For questions, contact support at contact@gov.uk.cc; to report illegal activity, counterfeiting or impersonation, email abuse@gov.uk.cc.
